A college student was challenging a senior citizen, saying it was
impossible for the old folks to understand the new, young generation. "You grew up in a different world, " said the student. "Today, we have television, jet planes, space travel, nuclear energy, computers. . . things that you didn't even know about
back then. "

"You're right, " replied the old geezer. "We didn't have any of
those things; so we invented them!
