Please post your article from Nancy about hints and tips.
To that, I would like to add something we seniors living alone might find helpful:

I printed out 2 copies of the list of people to contact in case of emergencies, and also who has keys to our house. I taped one on the door leading to the garage, and another inside the coat closet door at the entry.
