This is a unique and original
line of custom ceramic earrings, necklaces, barrettes, bracelets, string
ties, cufflinks, etc., blending ancient crafts with high fashion. Variations
between the pieces are evidence that each is truly an original handcrafted
creation.
The sizes of the pieces vary
from approximately1” for the smallest to 2½” for the larger pieces.
Earrings are for pierced ears unless otherwise noted. Like all ceramics,
Terra Gems will break if dropped so take care with them.
After each piece of jewelry has
been fired in a kiln, three coats of each glaze color was applied by brush
and once again fired. Some of the jewelry has luster overgrazes applied
and were fired a third time.
